Amazing experience! Very friendly, kind, and helpful staff. We enjoyed the onsen, as well as the open-air bath on our patio. We dined in both izikaya restaurant and also the chef's set-menu. Both were fantastic! They even made a special vegetarian meal which was so delicious! Such a great place and the free shuttle from Okayama Station was very easy to arrange.

Picking this hotel was for location only. Didn't eat here so can't comment on the food but the menu and other offerings looked good. This is a bang for buck hotel, nice staff good service and in a good location for traveling

The room was a little small but comfortable and sparkling clean. Excellent bath/ spa. Delicious breakfast with multiple choices included in the price. Excellent location near the train station and the historic quarters. Personnel was attentive and professional.

Very modern with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The onsen is lovely and the breakfast on the rooftop was excellent. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the train station and the historical quarter. We wished we had stayed for more than one night.
