We loved the breakfast, and they were accommodating for food allergies (gluten). For dinner, they ordered food from local restaurants to be delivered directly to our room, since we missed dinner. The onsen bath was spectacular as well!

I am planning to hike at southern alps .He drive me from the station to the hotel. And drive me to the entry of the alps at the morning.

The room is spacious and very clean. The staff is very attentive and very polite. The location is great if you want to explore mount Fuji with less crowd as the hotel is located in the residential area so less touristy compare to a lot of places around. Overall 10/10. She bought chocolates for my kids and showed us how to operate the washer, stove and aircon heaters. Big spacious and clean 2-level house. Mt Fuji is around the corner and can be seen at location. Good base to explore the Mt Fuji area and lakes.

20 km from Fuji-Q Highland, Garden Shed is a recently renovated property located in Yamanakako and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and parking on-site. The most beautiful property I've ever stayed in. Truly gorgeous architecture, build quality, comfort, and hospitality. The absolute highlight of my trip. I would come back to Japan just to stay at this property again. Felt like home. Or what home could be.
