The staff was extremely professional and accommodating. The hotel interior looks elegant. Spacious and airy. Ambiance is great. We loved the diverse buffet breakfast and the view from our two rooms. Everyone working at the hotel made sure we are comfortable including our one year old and the 3 yr old.

My partner and I don't usually stay in such luxurious places, but as our trip was ending, we wanted to indulge a little. ITC staff made us feel welcome and not at all out of place, which we had some fear about. Thank you for our wonderful stay. The breakfast is the most elaborate I've experienced at a hotel. A brilliant apartment situated in a great location with wonderful views over the city. There are many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance of this apartment, and it’s only a short tuk tuk ride to the beach area, shopping centres and the wonderful Colombo markets. Check in was an easy process with the on-site office. And Sanath who runs the 24 hour security of the building is just outstanding nothing was to much trouble for him, thank you Sanath. I would also like to say a special thank you to Jawfer the property manager and his team who we’re a pleasure to deal with, Jawfer went out of his way to give us so much information about the areas around Colombo. Thank you Jawfer, Five Stars to you and your team. .

Vivid Colombo ligt in Colombo, op 7 minuten lopen van Wellawatte Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. Super lieve mensen. Ik ben hier voor de 2de keer Prima kamer! Schoon!

Colombo Villa ligt in Colombo en beschikt over gratis WiFi, een tuin en een buitenbad dat het hele jaar door geopend is. De Amerikaanse ambassade ligt op 1,4 km afstand. Heerlijke plek om Colombo te ontdekken. Hotel is mooier dan op de foto's, het lijkt een oud familiehuis. Fijne, rustige binnentuin met zwembad. Wij hadden een familiekamer, heel sfeervol en direct aan het zwembad. De kinderen (drie tieners) waren hier het liefst de hele vakantie gebleven.

Staying at this hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. it truly felt like home, thanks to their warm and genuine hospitality. I have traveled many times and stayed in numerous hotels, but none have matched the comfort and care I found here. A heartfelt thanks to the owner, Mr. Shane, the manager, Sisira, and the entire staff, who went above and beyond to take care of me, especially when I was unwell. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with so much attention to detail. The rooms are spotlessly clean, neat, and designed to provide maximum comfort. The environment is stunning, especially with the serene riverside view that adds so much charm and peace to the stay. What impressed me further was the reasonable pricing, which is more than justified for the exceptional service and experience they provide. For me, this place has become more than just a hotel—it’s my second home. Whenever I return to Sri Lanka, I won’t be looking for another place to stay, because I’ve already found the perfect one. 💖
