One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The whole place is so we'll designed and laid out. Very impressive. Blends nature into the building very well. The staff are fantastic. So friendly. Unfortunately I can't remember the welcoming manager but he was such a nice man. Antony (manager in the restaurant is fantastic and does a great job in looking after you).The lift is a cool little novelty into the hotel. Gave us refreshments on arrival. We stayed here on our last 2 nights of our honeymoon, which the gave us a food platter and 2 free cocktails. Very kind of them. They even gave us a fair well gift. The hotel itself is stunning. Stunning views and facilities. Rooms are very spacious. The monkeys are everywhere so you just need to watch your stuff around the pool but great to watch while floating in the pool. Food is fantastic. I really can't fault this place. We stayed in some great hotels travelling around sri Lanka but coastline Marissa was level above them all. We actually met the hotel co owner who actually took time out to show us a cool boat tour just around the corner and chatted to us about the area and what to do. He is such a nice man and very welcoming. Highly recommend staying here is you had the chance.

The Rainforest Hideaway has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Deniyaya. Boasting a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a water park. What a wonderful place and a great adventure. We love the location, the little house is super clean, no mosquitoes and the best natural swimming pool. The food is amazing and the owners very sweet and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it to the moon and back. Highly recommended. Also the organized guided tours delivered more than we could hope for.

It was a really hood stay. The room is spacious and quiet with a great view. Good breakfast and the hotel’s staff were very nice and helpful

Situated within 200 metres of Weligama Beach and 28 km of Galle International Cricket Stadium in Weligama, Boutique Villa Bougainvillea provides accommodation with seating area. Place is amazing! Super friendly staff. Everyone was really helpful. Mr. And Mrs. Dias are very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean and bathroom was new and big. Ac worked perfectly. Location also perfect. Will definitely come back.

We recently spent two weeks at the Plantation Surf Inn in Midigama East, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The location is absolutely perfect – right across from the beach and within easy reach of incredible surf breaks like Plantation, Lazy Left, Lazy Right, Rams and Coconut. The inn itself is stunning. The rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. Their suggestions for places to visit were spot-on, and their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The Plantation Surf Inn is more than just a place to stay; it's a place that fosters a true sense of community and relaxation. We already miss the peaceful atmosphere and the friendly faces. We were also delighted by the Plantation Surf Inn's restaurant! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all exceptional. They showcased the best of Sri Lankan cuisine – fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We particularly appreciated the range of healthy options alongside the more traditional dishes. We recommend Plantation Surf Inn to anyone looking for a nice surfing getaway in Sri Lanka. Dots Bay House is situated on Hiriketiya beach in Dikwella, Dots Bay House has a garden and free WiFi. Featuring a restaurant and a Surf shop, the property also has a shared lounge. Dots Bay House is more than a hostel. I really liked that my dorm bed was basically in its own private mini-suite. I could have easily spent an entire month here, as it's steps away from the beach and has a coworking space and yoga studio. The food was spectacular! I had the best butter paneer of my life, and I was surprised to have such a good pizza in Sri Lanka. The staff was kind and helpful, always checking to make sure my needs were met.
