Atmospheric manor in a quiet rural setting. Good wifi, Good shower. Nice park around it. Tasteful breakfast (it was a lot :-)). Nice hostess, speaks good English. It was a very pleasant stay. I loved reading a book at the balcony, or taking a stroll through the park. Unfortunately I hadn't got enough time to stay a bit longer.

We reserved our whole stay at the Egles Villa, but on the first night of our stay there was a wedding and we were kindly offered to stay at Ziedu Villa which is located at the other part of the complex, near the lake. Both the Ziedu Villa and Egles Villa exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was so plentiful, we barely needed any food until dinner :) All the staff that we came in contact with was kind, forthcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the SPA, the atmosphere around the complex, the free transfer between the parts of the Resort and the cat Silva who you can see in one of the photos.

Zirgu sēta "Klajumi" - Horse ranch "Klajumi" está en Kaplava y ofrece vistas a la montaña, jardín, zona de playa privada, terraza, restaurante y zona de barbacoa. We stayed at the 4 bedroom house which is located 1.5kms away from the main property. It was a beautiful old house with some modern renovations. Very clean and comfortable and with everything you needed. Perhaps it could have some more glassware, grilling tools and outdoor furniture but we got by as a group of 4. Apart from the occasional horse riders going past during the day it is very private , peaceful and quiet. At night beautiful horses frolicked in the fields. Every day we had a different delicious and very large breakfast. I think we all put on 5kgs in 4 days! The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. A lot of love and attention to detail has been put into the property which gives it a great atmosphere and you feel at home. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!
