We really enjoyed being right on the ocean so that we could enjoy the sound of the waves from our balcony and watching the whales was a bonus! We really enjoyed the on-site restaurant - the food was wonderful and the staff were great! Will definitely return.

Featuring a bar, Casa Beu is located in Puerto Escondido in the Oaxaca region, 400 metres from Zicatela Beach. We absolutely loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone (especially couples). A private room with bathroom is cheaper here than a bed in a shared dorm in many hostels around Puerto Escondido. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very comfortable and the pools/ chill out areas are gorgeous. The staff were extremely accommodating - we were ill before we arrived so the staff let us check in early and brought tea and breakfast to our room. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants. Honestly could not recommend it higher, best place we have stayed.

Incredible view. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were so helpful. Marco helped me so much to book a taxi with a credit card (because I’d forgotten to bring enough cash). So glad I stayed here! I’ll return as soon as I can.
