This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.

Situated just 5.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Lumina at LOSANTOS Tulum offers accommodation in Tulum with access to pool with a view, a fitness centre, as well as full-day security. It was a wonderful stay. The best out of the different hotels / appartments we booked in Tulum and Mayan riveira. We had some Luxury 5 star hotels in our stay which were very good but in terms of space for our kids, this was top of the class. 3 very spacious ensuite rooms, including the top floor master bedroom with with a big terrace and the jacuzzi facing the sunrise. Wow! The swimming pool (surrounded by greenery) was pristine with almost nobody and is a good breakaway from the hotels. The residence is also not far (by car) from the beach. Granted that there is no restaurents in the residence, but we knew it beforehand and the spacious and boheme chic decorated rooms largely made up for it. Our children were sad when we changed to another hotel as they really enjoyed the stay, the space and the pool. Our messages via booking.com messaging also had a quick response. I highly recommend for family stay!
