Het Smith House ligt op ruim 3,5 km van Telaga Harbour in Kampung Padang Masirat. Het beschikt over een restaurant en gratis WiFi. Voor een drankje kunt u terecht in de eigen bar van de accommodatie. We vonden jammer dar we hier maar 1 nachtje hadden. Zwembad is ontzettend fijn en proper. De bedden liggen heerlijk en er zijn heel veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Ontbijt is heel uitgebreide met veel lokale gerechten. Wij vonden het hier top.

Langkawi Country Lodge2 ligt in Pantai Cenang, op 7 minuten lopen van Cenang Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. The various breakfasts are tasty and we had a great time with the really friendly hosts.

Fox Hill is voorzien van een restaurant en accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, een tuin en een terras. Langkawi Kristal ligt op 8,3 km. Zowel WiFi als privéparkeren is bij de chalet gratis... I’ve been traveling all over the world for more than 20 years and this was one of the most unique places I have been to. If what you need is a place with natural beauty, silence, lush greenery and sincere hospitality, this is the place. We stayed at ‘the Alphah Villa’ which was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. The villas are mostly build of wood and decorated as traditional Malai houses. A microwave oven, a fridge and a water heater was available in our villa. The host, Mr. Ezani is an attentive and reliable person who really cares about his guest’s needs. He welcomed us warmly each day and asked if we needed anything. He even hopped on his scooter to reach our taxi after we departed the hotel because my brother had forgotten his charging cable in his room. Hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the island; 15- 20 minutes drive to everywhere; Pentai Cenang, airport or the old town. Grab cars are available in minutes around the hotel with really good prices (Just download and configure the app before you go). We had breakfast at the hotel which was quite adequate. Since it’s located near a forest, you should expect to see small insects, mosquitoes or geckos, which didn’t bother us at all. There are also some very very cute cats around which we loved (as typical Istanbulites who are in love with cats) We also liked the pool and pool area a lot. Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. We will definitely be back.

Mazza Nur Motel is gelegen in Pantai Cenang, op 19 minuten lopen van Cenang Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. Quiet and comfortable place. Very friendly and caring owner. Opportunity to rent bike or car right in hotel.

Casa del Mar Langkawi is een accommodatie met 4 sterren tegenover het strand in Pantai Cenang met heeft gratis fietsen, een buitenzwembad en een fitnessruimte. Our stay at Casa Del Mar was perhaps the most ideal, relaxing stay we have ever experienced. My husband actually sat still for several days, poolside, and read a book (!!!), dipped in the pool occasionally, slept in the shade, meditated on the ocean scene spread out before him (jet skis far enough in the distance to be interesting but not noisy, parasails colorfully dotting the warm blue skies against puffy white clouds). Breakfast was declicious with western and suburb local offerings—-and plenty of everything. Bar service was exceptional throughout the day. We dined on site one night and the menu, food, and service on the beach was, again, exceptional. The entire staff was all smiles and eager to please—-we felt so very welcome. And—drum roll: the turndown service each evening was charming! We would go out to dinner (the hotel is steps away from the throng of downtown Cenang with all it’s shopping and dining options) though the facility itself feels miles removed) and when we’d return to our room, the lights were dimmed, soft jazz was playing on the internet radio, the sheets were exquisitely “turned” with clever little tokens of paper messages about the weather forecast for the next day, suggestions of what to do, etc. It was like getting a fortune cookie on your bed (without the calories!). Speaking of calories, as part of the turndown service, they also provided large ceramic mugs with fixings for either tea or hot chocolate. And they always had a jar of peanuts and coconut cookies to nibble on throughout the day. And we strongly encourage folks to reserve a “high tea” at least one afternoon. Their tiered trays of savory and patisserie dainties was just as delightful as everything else. We originally considered staying at the hotel further north—-the one with the rooms out over the water. But we opted to be within walking distance of town/activity and we are so very, very glad with out choice. Casa Del Mar is an exceptional hotel and great value!

We had a wonderful stay at Ritz Carlton Langkawi and would like to thank all the staffs who made our trip so wonderful, especially room attendance (Mehedi) prepared a special towel art to accompany my daughter's little Jelly Cat...its so cute😍. My daughter loves it so much💕. Once again, thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you all in near future.

Het NR Langkawi Motel is gunstig gelegen op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het levendige strand van Cenang. U kunt hier genieten van schone en comfortabele kamers met airconditioning en gratis internet.... De kamer was groot, schoon en fijn. Het bed lag goed! WiFi erg goed, smart tv met apps, ook super. Personeel en eigenaars erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is perfect! Dichtbij het superfijne pantai Tengah. Heerlijk rustig en mooi strand. Ook voldoende goede eetgelegenheden rondom het motel. We hebben hier een toptijd gehad!
