Bishnu was a great and warm host! We had a fun safari with jeep and by walking. We saw many Rhinos! The other guide Raj was also an amazing guide! There were great food options and Bishnu was very helpful. All in all an amazing stay, we would definitely recommend and would love to come again.

The Rapti River is just 100 meters away, where crocodiles, hippos, rhinos, and elephants often grace tourists with their appearances. Shops and cafes are within walking distance. The night shuttle was a pleasant surprise. Hearty and delicious lunches and dinners are available at reasonable prices. The garden is beautifully maintained. The service is extremely respectful and courteous.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.
