Just 5 minutes’ walk from Turangi town centre, Creel Lodge is a 4.5-star Qualmark rated motel offering self-contained suites with a private patio and BBQ facilities. Good and spacious apartment with veranda located close to the river. We only spent one night, so could not profit from the good location, but laundry facilities were good. Not too far from the few restaurants of the town. Also close by car from the start of Tongariro alpine crossing.

Hosts were lovely and hot pools were amazing (outdoor and in room). Right down the road from the lake where you can see the ducks and relax. 15 min walk to town.

Such a beautiful home with rooms tastefully decorated with antique furniture. gardens was beautiful with flowers and birds. I will stay here longer if I can.

Olive Rabbit - Boutique Bed & Breakfast in Turangi provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. With quiet street views, this accommodation provides a patio. Very comfortable and such attention to detail by the owners. They were also very helpful in guiding us on what to do and what to see in the area and after following their advice we had an amazing day - they were spot on! Breakfast was also lovely and such a nice ambience around the entire property. Thank you!

The Chalet itself is beautiful, located in a quiet scenic area just outside of Taupo. Nina was a wonderful host, attended to our every need and had great recommendations.
