The restaurant serves fresh, delicious local food that left me wanting more — definitely one of the best meals I had during my trip! I had 3 hard days of food poisoning (sandwich from the city) and he helped me a lot. ( Doctor, got special oat fleur, his mother made the best chicken potato soup I ate so far,... and so on) Nice quiet area, room was clean, bed was perfect, view was amazing, electricity and WiFi is stable, nice bathroom,...

Hotel Mountain Lodge Skardu features free bikes, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Skardu. This 5-star hotel offers room service and an ATM. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and peaceful nature. The room was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The garden area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience when exploring Skardu town; however, the owner here was so caring. He helped me book a bus to Gilgit and took me to his another hostel which has a terrace with a stunning view. Hot shower worked. Highly recommended
