Outstanding location. My lovely room had a little balcony with a view of the arch. The room was spotless and spacious and the cleaners did a great job daily. The fridge and desk were appreciated. Wonderful, friendly staff. The value for money was exceptional. Location was brilliant for morning running - hotel to the Belem Tower along the water and back is c. 15km; perfect!

The room was picture-perfect, even 3D-visualization-perfect, simply flawless. Communication with the staff was friendly and efficient; everything starting from checking in (took less than 60 seconds) to requesting a kettle in the room. Chapeau!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were cozy and we enjoyed complete silence at night. Great amenities - the mini bar was complementary and always full and we got a new watter bottle everyday. They also changed the towels and cleaned the rooms daily. The breakfest has all the essentials you need and they always ask if you want an omelette or fried eggs that are not on display. Also, the bar was a very nice surprise - order the Sangria, you will not be disappointed!
