Tucked away in the city yet incredibly peaceful, it truly felt like an oasis. The atmosphere was calm and serene, with beautiful spaces to rest — even hammocks to lounge in — and a sense of hospitality that is increasingly rare to find. The kindness of the staff is something I can’t emphasize enough. One day, when I wasn’t feeling well, they called to check on me and brought tereré to my room — just out of pure care. Every interaction felt genuine and generous. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs throughout the stay. For example, when I asked if they had any plant-based milk for breakfast, they didn’t have any that day — but by the next morning, they had gone out and bought some especially for me. That kind of attention to detail and thoughtfulness is what sets this place apart. Breakfasts were delicious — especially the chipas, which became a morning highlight. The business center is relatively small but fully functional, and it met all our work-related needs perfectly. La Casona is the perfect combination of charm, comfort, and care. Whether you’re traveling for business or rest, this is the kind of place that makes you feel at home. I can’t wait to come back.
