Our hosts, Chris and Tom, were super friendly, chatty, and genuinely caring—we really enjoyed their company. The property itself is lovely: very clean, calm, and with a beautiful view from the room. It truly felt like home. The room, bathroom, and toilet were all perfect. The only small point is that the room isn’t very soundproof, though we were lucky to have quiet neighbors. Also, there was no hairdryer in the room. The shared kitchen is big, fully equipped, and kept spotless. Breakfast was more than satisfactory—we had it all four mornings and were very happy with it. It’s comparable to what you’d get in a good 2–3 star hotel. The surroundings are wonderful, with a small scenic lake nearby and plenty of outdoor activities available, such as biking, e-biking, canoeing, ... Overall, we were truly satisfied with our stay. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Este B&B de gestión familiar se encuentra en Vikarbyn, junto al lago Siljan, en la región de Dalarna. One of the best accommodations that we've stayed at! The owners are very kind and always happy to recommend places to visit in the area. The cabin that we stayed in had a rustic feeling and the whole place instills calmness. Besides having all the facilities that we needed, our stuga also came with a sauna and EV charging, something that we didn't expect! We will definitely come back!

It has plenty of parking space, a bus stop across the street and a barbecue in the back. The kitchen is also fully equipped for any need and there is also a washing machine in the bathroom so it's perfect even for longer stays. It was spotlessly clean.
