Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay features a fitness centre, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Nagoya. Everything is great! The hotel is just above the Harbour Bay, very convenient. Room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. Swimming pool is clean with nice sea view especially during 4-6pm. On top of that, the hotel staff are the best. They very helpful and efficient, especially Kevin who made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. He was very patient in answering our questions, recommending food in Batam and explaining the culture and religion. He introduced us to the restaurant's chef Dinar, who personally prepared for us a unique Batam local cuisine Ketupat (traditional rice cake), rendang sapi (beef rendang), sambal goreng hati (fried potota with chicken liver), absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! We’ll come back again.

Every question we asked was met with enthusiasm, and their recommendations for tours and activities made our time in Sentosa even more enjoyable. It was clear they were genuinely invested in ensuring we had the best experience possible. The food at The Barracks was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast spreads, as well as the amazing happy hour, which was a real treat after a day of exploring. Every meal was satisfying and packed with flavor, adding another layer of luxury to our stay. A special mention goes to the team for the incredible surprise they organized for my 40th birthday. I was completely blown away when they surprised me with a beautiful cake and a bouquet of flowers, making the celebration even more memorable. Their thoughtful gesture made the occasion so much more meaningful, and it’s something I’ll always cherish.
