La estancia fue muy buena. Lo que más me gustó fue la excelente ubicación, la limpieza y la facilidad para recoger las llaves de manera autónoma. El edificio transmite seguridad y, al estar en una planta alta, se disfrutan de buenas vistas parciales al río. Además, la piscina y el gimnasio son un plus, al igual que el servicio de lanzadera gratuito para cruzar la frontera a Singapur.

Rooms were very clean, comfortable and well-appointed - we loved the long bay window couch. Swimming pool was a great place to relax. The area around the hotel offers easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, spas. It was easy to get a Grab when we wanted to go someplace further. But the best part of the stay had to be the staff. All of them - from the receptionists to the waiters to the staff in the lobby - were excellent, unfailingly helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast service was very prompt and thoughtful - when the staff saw our baby making a mess they were quickly on hand to help us.
