Newly opened in April 2009 after extensive renovations, this 4-star hotel, first opened in 1906, is only 200 metres from Lake Bled and in the immediate vicinity of the train station. Beautiful location. Quite, yet beautiful 20 minutes shoreline walk to Bled. One of the nicest restaurants in the area, with superb fine dining. Breakfast was equally as good. One of the nicest ever hotels I have stayed in. Very recommended

The host was very attentive and friendly and gave us very nice advice on what to visit, where to eat, etc. We were a family of four, including two kids. We were very comfortable in the apartment and had everything that we needed. Really recommended.
