We arrived very late in the evening without prior accommodation, and most places in the area had a check-in deadline of 10 PM. We called the hotel around 11 PM, and a kind lady came over to personally open the hotel and prepare a room for us. She was extremely helpful and polite, and we truly appreciated her effort. The hotel itself is new, spotlessly clean, and offers a great breakfast. Free parking is also available on-site, which was very convenient. Given the service and quality, I can’t give this hotel anything less than a 10. Thank you once again for your outstanding hospitality!

New construction - cozy and comfortable, very clean with excellent smelling linens. Plenty of kitchen and living space. Book while you can. We look forward to coming back in the summer months!

LUXURY Apartments Hrebienok C411 está a solo 16 km de Lago Strbske Pleso y dispone de alojamiento en Starý Smokovec con terraza y bar, además de cajero automático. We chose this one for location primarily bcs we were visiting the Ice dome on Hrebienok. The apartment provided garage parking included so it was super easy to come and park. 4th floor, nice view and quiet. Picking up key cards at the bistro was super convenient and quick. Apartment was clean and nicely furnished.Kitchen was equipped sufficiently. Overall all good.

Vila Lavina dispone de jardín y terraza, y se encuentra en Starý Smokovec, a 15 km de Lago Strbske Pleso y a 25 km de Treetop Walk. Breakfast was lovely, a lot of choice and good fresh food. The actual Villa was beautifully rennovated and we used the hot tub every night! Comfortable bed, beautiful decor, very spacious room. Lovely view from room. Lovely hot tub and there is a sauna. I would definitely stay again.
