Staff was very professional, especially Food and Beverage staff. Restaurant deserves to be full every day. Dishes are full of tastes, cocktails like in cocktail bars. Breakfast is good, could be better filled up. Pool is amazing for kids. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Located in quiet street far from noise of road. But the biggest impression is definitely restaurant, taste of dishes and service. You don't need to go out of hotel, you have everything there.

Located in the centre of Martin, Hotel Turiec overlooks the Velka Fatra Mountains. It has a spa with a sauna, provides free on-site parking, and offers spacious rooms with led TV. All of the staff was accommodating and friendly, including everyone! Food was exceptionally good. Room was wonderful. I would stay again in a minute. Location was perfect in the center of town close to the main square and to train and bus stations. (We walked everywhere).

That was fabulous experience!!! I cannot understand, that such beautifully located venue is so "modestly" occupied. Anyway Great Fatra is unique to me, and such accommodation experience only boost my love to that mountains... To be more precise, very helpful staff, nice breakfast, location... breakfast with beautiful view, jacuzzi after exhausting hike (track are not technically demanding like in e.g., Tatra, but quite long).

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and cosy. Location is excellent, just bellow the ski slope. Unfortunately for us the slope and the ski park was closed due to lack of snow. But that's something nobody can predict. We travelled for an hour to higher ground ie Rohace. No big deal. We really enjoyed our stay here and won't hesitate to book again if we come back. We didn't get time to test the sauna. Kids loved the smart tv as they could watch all their favorite Netlix and Disney+ programmes. Husband was very impressed with the WiFi speed.

We didn't have time to explore the area but it looks like there was so much to do, will look to book again. Can 100% recommend.

We had paid in advance and also completed check-in online, so arrival was smooth and quick, with no delays at all. Our room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed — plus a lovely view from the window. A big bonus: free covered parking! Breakfast was great — everything you might want is there, fresh and tasty. You can really tell that the owners and management care about the guests and not just about ticking boxes. It shows in the details. We had a 5-star stay and would definitely come back! Best restaurant nearby: Lucky 945 — just a 5-minute walk away. Great food, amazing drinks, and a much better experience than the place right across from the hotel (which was more expensive with a smaller selection and didn’t impress us as much).
