We used the stairs often and never saw dirty stairs. I will give a 5 stars and I diffently coming back .

Pool is a good place to chill in the shade off you managed to burn before. Makro nearby, great for local shopping especially before departure. North Pattaya bus terminal is just 10 minutes to walk. Perfect for going to Bangkok or other cities.
