The hotel is new and everything was exceptionally clean. I booked two rooms for my family, including one accessible room for a person with reduced mobility. That room was very nice — spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. The bathroom had all the necessary equipment to take a shower safely and easily. The staff was always available and responded very quickly to all our requests, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied.

Set within 200 meters from the Opera House and the Jesuit Church, 400 meters from the Market Square and the Latin Cathedral. We are super happy to have chosen this property, especially because of the 24/7 desk. We were not sure what time at night we would arrive from Poland. The receptionist opened the door after 10pm, helped to carry the suitcase. With electricity cuts, this hotel is the best place to stay, as they have their own generator for power. When the entire Lviv was out of power, we could shower, wash the clothes in the washing machine. Very practical. The breakfasts are very delicious. Our three children loved the property. It is also very spacious, clean, offers house shoes, towels, shampoo, gel, etc. Very friendly staff. Nothing like on AirBnB apartments. Loved it.

Especial thanks fo the parking help. Btw, parking is free in front of the hotel but there are not many spots. Breakfasts are excellent, rooms are very clean, you also can come with your cat as we did.
