Riu Plaza Chicago is attractively situated in the centre of Chicago, and features a fitness centre, free WiFi and a bar. New hotel, clean, comfortable, everything was as it had to be! Nice personnel on reception, I asked for a room on upper floor and I had one. Calm, did not hear neighbours, very good breakfast too.

The room met my expectations for a standard CitizenM room which is usually small, and the breakfast was wonderful. A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. everything was perfect, they gave us discounts for parking and breakfast, it always adds up to the experience. ETA resto has very good options we liked it, the location is perfect.
