This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Maine. Beautiful ocean views from our balcony. We sat outside in November just to enjoy the ocean. The continental breakfast is an actual menu of fancy omlette's, breakfast sandwiches etc. The food was delicious and the bistro meal was super high end. Everything is so upscale and it's so close to main street. Absolutely loved it.

The staff were so nice and did whatever they could to make us happy. The manageress herself went to shop for vegan items for me for breakfast! Greig, the shuttle driver, was always on hand to drop us off in town or pick us up from a restaurant when we’d finished our meals and always so friendly. The pantry was stocked with great complimentary snacks and bottled mineral water, perfect to take on hikes. Trekking poles were freely available to borrow for the hikes. There was always delicious “afternoon tea” waiting for us when we got back from our hikes . The bedroom was so spacious and the view was lovely!

Room was clean and very comfortable. Had the best nights sleep. Towels, hairdryer and AC. Facilities great. Checking in and out was easy. Tea/coffee/water on site. Staff friendly and attentive.
