Staff were lovely, helpful and the hotel is very charming. Rooms are cozy and comfy. They have a cute cafe attached to the hotel with good items. The place feels safe, water was hot in the shower (it's needed cause it gets chilly in da lat) Ngoc the staff was very sweet and Profesional. We rented a bike with them to go around but grab works well there too. The lobby was very cute and nice decorations. Overall great value 👌

Can’t believe it is 2 stars it feels like 4! The staff are lovely, it is so clean. The room not only was restocked everyday but cleaned to the highest standard. The bed was so comfy as were the pillows. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough
