We wanted to stay one night but then liked it so much that we stayed three nights. Summer is an amazing host, she runs this place together with her aunt, mum and sister and has just put so much love and dedication to it, that you just feel immediately at home. Breakfast is incredibly good and is included. For a small additional price the ladies cooked an amazing dinner with many different dishes (also vegetarian) one evening that we enjoyed very much. The place is quiet and has beautiful surrounding. We came by motorbike from Saigon so it was easy for us to get around. There are bikes however too that you can use to go to the city center

Our expectations were definitely exceeded. We would love to come back!

Upon arriving at the hotel at 2AM, em Troung made me felt very welcome. He made me feel like my time in Can Tho will be amazing because of his amazing help. I think that's one of the thing we look for most when choosing great hotels are great staffs. On top of this, the cleaners and Spa was also super amazing. The staffs like Thuy An goes out of their way help. I extended my stay at this hotel due to the amazing staffs, and amenities.

Hemos pasado unos días en Regent Phu Quoc y podemos decir que es uno e los mejores hoteles en los que hemos estado. A nuestra llegada al aeropuerto de Phu Quoc, nos recibió Ben, en el pequeño lounge que tienen en la zona de recogida de equipajes. El fue muy amable y nos acompañó hasta el transfer para ir al hotel. Ben también fue el que nos acompañó al aeropuerto cuando terminó nuestra estancia . Nos ayudó con el check in, las maletas y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Gracias Ben por un servicio tan maravilloso. Cuando llegamos al hotel lo primero que nos llamó la atención es el increíble diseño. La decoración es espectacular y el hotel es d ensueño. Nos alojamos en una villa con jardín y piscina privada, y una de las partes más bonitas de la habitación era el precioso baño. Todos los restaurantes del hotel de un nivel altísimo . Probamos Aqua, de apertura reciente, donde comimos unos tacos de pulpo deliciosos. Rice Market nos encantó, nos sirvieron la mejor comida vietnamita que probamos en todo el viaje. Ocean club es una opción fabulosa para comer con vistas al mar. Otra experiencia recomendable es la cena omasake en OKU. El chef elaboró un menú de 6 platos deliciosos que nos sorprendió mucho. El desayuno es abundante y con muchísimas opciones. Hay diferentes actividades organizadas a diario, el paseo en bici por la costa está muy bien. Están pendientes de cada detalle y es realmente una experiencia de lujo. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y las empleadas encargadas de la limpieza son maravillosas RECOMENDACIONES: - ver el atardecer desde la planta 8 donde está la piscina de solo adultos y fu bar. - Hacer el tour en bici con el hotel para conocer los alrededores - Si te interesa alguna actividad, recomendamos reservarla con antelación (uno o dos días antes) Gracuas a Thuan en la playa. También a Tien, Susan y Ngan por estar 24/7 en whatsapp para ayudarnos. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo por ser tan atentos y un servicio tan excelente
