The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We had an issue with the taxi we took to get there, and the receptionist went out of their way to assist us in resolving the problem. Throughout our stay, the team was always attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is new and looks just like the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s also conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the area.

It was one of my best stays in Vietnam. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay by one more night. The room was spacious and very clean. The homestay is run by a lovely family and is well-located. They offer bikes and scooters, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend staying here instead of overcrowded Tam Coc (you can always visit Tam Coc by scooter whenever you like). This place offers a relaxing atmosphere, is close to one of the many caves in the area, and, true to its name, is surrounded by lush greenery. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Mandala Villa is located a bit off the main street, which makes it quiet while still being in walking distance of restaurants and shops. Son, the owner, was super helpful. When he was free, he offered to drive us to attractions at the going Grab taxi rate. He also let us stay in the room an extra hour in the middle of the day after check out to nap and enjoy the AC because we had a late night train.

I liked everything. The plants in the hotel area are stunning, the view from the window was wonderful! The stuff was very nice to us! The swimming pool was also very nice! I fall in love with the hotel! The hotel allowed us to keep the luggage in the reception for the whole day after the checkout. For free. It was very good because we wanted to explore Ninh Binh a little more before going to the bus to go to Hoi An. The hotel also offers free bikes! We used them to go to Mua Caves (about 7km away). One famous pagoda is only 5-10 min walk from the hotel. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing!
