Very friendly staff. The hotel had everything very well organised and the staff was very helpful with tours and any requests. It is in a great area and has a nice pool area and included breakfast. It's definitely a place to stay again.

I had a perfect stay at Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel in Hoi An. Despite being unwell for most of my visit, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, often recommending hot ginger tea to help me recover. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stylish rooms full of character and excellent facilities. The location is ideal—close enough to the vibrant Old Town for easy access, yet peaceful enough for a restful stay. So far, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. Highly recommended!

Staff were absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and had good views. Not as close to the main hub but not too far and the amazing stay will make up for the short walk/grab ride away. 10 out of 10 and if I’m ever back in Hoi An, this is where I’ll stay, 100%. RiverTown Hoi An Resort & Spa features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and garden in Hoi An. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Best breakfast ever while on my trip in Vietnam. The pool facilities are great (although noisy because of the construction.) The location is very good because it's not in the center of town and therefore away from all the noise (karaoke, loud music etc...)
