Departing from Tuan Chau Marina, Peony Cruises designs jam-packed itineraries while cruising along the Ha Long - Lan Ha Bay. The boat was nice and the service provided by Peony was better than we have expected. A lot of food, comfortable beds, interesting activities and the breathtaking scenery. I would like to thank the staff for this experience, especially ms Olivia for her kind attitude.

Usually nice hotels are let down by their bathrooms but this has a very nice bathroom. Rooms also spacious. Staff was super friendly and ready to help even if it's with things not related to the hotel.

The Cruise was just beyond expectation & was amazingly surprised for the comfort Lux of the Cruise. the Manager on site named Jade was great! and the ambiance while being of the cruise was memorable. Food choice, comfort of the room itself with balcony everything was great! no words to say how memorable time we had on the cruise. I would highly recommend anyone reading in to choose this Cruise as for me its the best!

Located in Ha Long, less than 1 km from Bai Chay Beach, Radisson Blu Ha Long Bay provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a restaurant. Firstly all staff were excellent, all were very accommodating, going above and beyond their duties 5 stars. Secondly the Stunning Views from our Bathroom and Bedroom on the 16th floor were spectacular. Thirdly we loved the automatic lifts that were operated using our room key, there was then an announcement to inform us of which lift would be arriving first.

A highlight with boutique hotel flair that stands out among the mainstream hotels offered in Ha Long. Staff was excellent, the Spa treatment was exceptional (she knew what she was doing), Espresso the way it should be.

The hotel has an elevator, making it easy for my son to move around in his wheelchair. I’m quite particular about this, and the hotel staff were very supportive. Our room was on the fourth floor, featuring two spacious and comfortable beds. The food also suited our taste perfectly.
