Absolutely loved our stay. I wish more hotels would be like this. Service and comfort are number one. Location - Perfect, just a few minutes from the highway on one side, yet surrounded by mountains on the other side, and near a lake. Rooms - Spacious with a thoughtful layout. The rooms seemed also suitable for people with mobility issues. I especially appreciated extra storage space in the bathroom. The view of the surrounding mountains was nice. Facilities - Again, everything so thoughtful. The spa area was wonderful. The saunas and showers are comfy and offer enough privacy if you want it. The relaxation room was exactly that, I could've gladly stayed there overnight if someone asked me to. The game room with pool tables and board games is a really nice touch. My BF and I had a lot of fun. Great idea for guests wanting to stay in and just relax. Staff - Everyone was kind and explained everything we needed to know right from the start. All together a great deal if you find yourself in the area.

Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Location-wise, it’s a dream: nestled between serene lakes and majestic mountains, with endless possibilities for activities in all weather. The accommodation was modern, clean, and very well equipped. Parking was available right next to the house. We appreciated the private entrance and the private terrace. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and the beds were comfortable. It was close to the city center and shops. The main train station was about a 20-minute walk away.

We stayed here for 11 days, and it was a wonderful decision! The host is super nice and helpful. I once asked her if she knows if there is snow on Mölltaler Gletscher, she called them to ask in German and and gave us more useful information location is great - near main roads but quite. A restaurant & supermarket within a walking distance The apartment is huge with excellent facilities such as washing machine, dryer, dish washer & well equipped kitchen

Amazing place to stay when you want to explore Carinthia with Karnten card. Everyone was really helpful and friendly, apartment was spacious and clean with everything you need for your stay. We even received homemade herbal gifts upon arrival, cold beverage and fresh milk for coffee ;-)

    Met our expectations, got the right directions from the host about location, picking the keys and using the card for the road and everything was perfect. Clean, warm and comfortable, possibility to use spa and restaurant in the next building. Free parking. We did not have a need to use the car during our stay as the slopes and the mountain is next to the complex.

    The perfectly furnished apartment is missing only a toaster in the kitchen. To the pool, it is only 20 m from the apartment. Mr. Pichler was waiting for us in front of the apartment and explained everything to us in detail. Everything corresponds to the photo gallery on Booking. Thank you Pichler family for a great stay.

    Gorgeous apartment, very well equipped, super clean, 10 min walk to Gerlitzen middle station. Everything looks like just on the picture. This apartment has everything you might need on a vacation and some extras that wasn't expected at all: coffee machine with a wide selection of capsules. We got a little surprise from the hosts both for us and for our dogs which was such a lovely gesture.

    The apartment is very cosy and well equipped. The small kitchen has everything you can imagine, even salt, baking paper, oven, microwave, dishwasher, tea, coffee. The view is fantastic day and night. We had a dedicated parking on request, heated ski locker room was in front of the flat. The closest forest ski slope ending at the bottom of Gerlitzen Moserbahn is a few minutes walk from the house. Our host, Monika was very helpful. It was a great stay, thank you!
