hotel is situated in a villa neighbourhood, and is newly renovated and refurbished villa- every detail is so elegantly made, schick and pristine in a beautiful color palate. the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is modern and comfortable. you can have a free ride bus to the city center or make a 20 minutes walk on the river to the old town of salzburg. we had an amazing breakfast with the freshest choice of healthy food and some traditional home made austrian specialities.

The B&B looks pretty new and very well facilitated with everything you need for a short vacation or even business trip. It is located in a high end residential area with about 30 minutes easy walk to the old city of Salzburg. You can also find quite a few nice restaurants nearby, like Italian and Indian restaurants. Amazing location and very cute little boutique hotel in the heart of Salzburg. But more than the location was the amazing attention by the wonderful staff. They went out of their way to accomodate our requests and help us figure out the best way to get around. I was traveling with my 87 year old father and the manager was so attentive to him and his needs. The kitchen staff made a special meal for us upon the manager's request, even though the kitchen was closed. They made room for us during lunch even though they were fully booked. Really personal treatment and attention. Thank you!

Very nice room ideally located close to the city center but in quite area. Certainly visit the hall arranged as coffee/bar if you have the NewYork room that is located next to the private bar, it's very nice !

We had an excellent stay. Beautiful location with a great playground to keep our little ones busy. The staff was very welcoming and really helpful. The food at their restaurant exceeded our expectations. Wide variety (vegetarian, meat lover, kiddy menu...) and delicious, reasonably priced. We'll definitely return one day.

You won't find better value for money in the (wide) surroundings. The host was very friendly, but not intrusive, and ready to wait for us despite our late check-in. The flat was clean and spacious, and corresponded to its description, apart from the fact that we would NOT call it small: entrance/corridor, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen/dining room - more than enough for two people! It's beautifully surrounded by nature and you'll need a car to get there: great location if you look for a relaxing holiday.

Annemarie was really kind and helpful. She did those small things (late check-in, leaving light, so we can see where to go, providing us with things we wanted etc), which makes you feel at home. Pleasant stay. Quiet surroundings.

It was a lovely apartment, everything we needed was provided and it was spotlessly clean. There was plenty of space for the three of us and everything in the apartment worked well. Any questions we emailed the hosts before and during the trip were answered very quickly and pleasantly. While it is hard to imagine staying there without a car, parking was easy and the connections good. The park and ride at Salzburg was about a 20 minute drive away as was the lake at Mondsee. All in all, a great place!

The property is on top location very close to Salzburg, very quiet and amazing views! Very spacious for a family of 5, clean and warm as well. I definitely will stay again if be around. The owners are friendly and over there to help with any issues or questions regarding the place. in overall, a perfect stay in a very nice location with friendly owners.
