A very peaceful location, amongst forest and farmland. The individual ‘retreat’ was exactly as described - a sitting area and tv, large comfortable bed, big bathroom with a good shower, microwave, fridge, kitchen sink and floor to ceiling windows on three sides with views of the forest and grassland. Outdoor barbecue area was also good, undercover but still open on two sides. We didn’t need to use the additional sleeping area but it looked good also. Kangaroos and birds were abundant and, as the sunset, two echidna appeared from one side of the forest and slowly made their way across the grass, feeding as they went. This summed up the peace and tranquility of the location.

very comfortable and clean beach hut with outside veranda, French press, fridge, microwave, water cooker and some complimentary tea and coffee that we enjoyed - beach is less than a 10 minutes walk away. Nice layout and design, felt private in a beautiful garden setting.

The location is excellent and the property is luxurious. The outdoor bath is private and such a treat. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. We found the spaces for socialising and relaxing to be spacious, comfortable and welcoming.

We absolutely loved the comfortable bed, the French linen bedding, and all the decorations in the room. It felt warm and cozy, just like home! It's a shame we only stayed for one night. Hopefully, we'll have the chance to visit again in the future!

Beautiful house to stay at, as the title says perfect location it definitely is, so close to alot of things to do in Victor harbor all within walking distance especially the shopping centre being only a couple of doors away. Nice quiet street and the locals walking by the property very friendly

    We didn’t need to worry about the breakfast at all as the host prepared bread, eggs and milk for us. The location is only walking distance to the golf course. Nice and really clean house. Absolutely I would come back again for my holiday!
