On arrival Celine (the manager) greeted us like friends who were coming to stay in her house. She is a happy and very helpful manager for whom nothing is too much trouble. She upgraded our room, and booked us dinner in a restaurant by the lake in Spiez. The room was impeccably clean, with a balcony from which we could watch the sunset over the mountains.
