Conny gave us a very warm welcome and was a fabulous host throughout our stay. She kindly upgraded our room from which we had a lovely view of the lake (including from the bath!).The room was very comfortable. We had a first class dining experience - Gosia is an excellent chef! Beautiful spot on lake Luzern, in a charming town, with incredible views: the lake side particularly but a room facing the mountain side will not disappoint either. Fantastic breakfast. Alone worth the stay. Nice common areas and lake terrasse. Rooms are not luxurious and quite dated but bed is comfortable.
