The hotel and the staff, everything is absolutely fabulous. Will come back again! It is one of the best hotel experience I have had so far. We were amazed with room and all the tailor made equipment for kids and our dog, everything was waiting for us in advance. Spacious and beautiful room. Staff is unbelievably pleasant,kind and helpful. During the breakfast it was so calm and quiet even there was lot of people. The energy and atmosphere is absolutely divine. Not to mention gardens around, spa, everything is 5 stars and more.

The apartment is really modern and has all the basic needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and the living room had plenty of light an a big sofa to relax plus also a big TV with Netflix connection. The bedroom was nice with an extremely comfortable bed. Special mention to the balcony with incredible views to sit and get breakfast.

One of the most charming hotels we have ever stayed at. The area is tranquil, no noise. The design is based on chocolate and they even have a chocolate fountain in the receptcion, my daughters loved it (and the parent too!). The staff were really nice. There is a supermarket, shops and restaurants around the hotel and it is near the old town.

Lovely base for our holiday. Close to the station and shops. The room was very clean and well equipped, it had everything we needed for our short stay. Lovely big fridge and dishwasher was a bonus. It was easy to self cater, which we prefer. We'll stay again! We were also surprised to receive the free travel pass from Lausanne tourist board which made it easy to travel around and see everything without having to buy tickets.

Location in proximity to the metro and promenade. The transport card given by the hotel to use during my stay was unexpected - if you're staying in accommodation that pays the overnight tourist tax, you can freely use public transport (bus, train, metro) during your whole stay (max 5 days) in Lausanne and it's surroundings. You also benefit from discounts from many museums, shops and other leisure activity providers!

This was the best accommodation we stayed in through 8 weeks of travelling through Europe. It's huge, quirky, gorgeous, the location is perfect, the views are beautiful - I could go on and on. Bus stop, laundromat, supermarket all within 50m of the apartment. Loved loved LOVED this place.

I knew what the Budget network of Ibis is. So, there was no surprise to see that small but still functional room. The sound isolation is good, no perfect though. Don't forget to receive your free city ticket (Lausanne Transport Card) for the whole period of stay! Don't expect that they will tell you about this, just ask for it. You can receive it by all accommodations where you pay a city tax in Lausanne.

Very nice accommodations. Room clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very adequate. Location perfect, just up the hill walking distance from the train station. Easy to get to metro for quick trip up to town or down to the waterfront.
