The resort is right on the beachfront, with access to the water. Food was fresh and incredible. Wine at meals. Since it was our anniversary, they did everything to make sure it was special with room decor, snacks in the room, and a special 5 course seafood dinner in a private area just for us. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The servers weren't asking for tips which is common. The place never felt crowded.

Expérience en famille – Test d’hôtel Our arrival at the hotel immediately set the tone: a quick, professional check-in with a warm welcome. A small but much-appreciated gesture: a welcome drink served with a delicate macaron that delighted the whole family. The staff kindly invited us to enjoy breakfast while our rooms were being prepared — a smooth early check-in that allowed us to start our stay on the right foot. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. The selection isn’t enormous, but it’s intentional: every product is fresh, high-quality, well presented, and frequently replenished. At a time when people value quality over quantity, this was exactly what we were looking for. Then, a wonderful surprise: we were upgraded to a swim-up room. Sheer joy on little Henri’s face (and on ours too, to be honest!). The room lived up to the great first impression: spotless, well laid-out, clean, and welcoming. Another lovely detail: the gentleman in charge of housekeeping personally introduced himself and assured us we could reach out to him for anything we needed. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference. Of course, we couldn’t resist a dip in the private pool. Henri jumped right in, and that first moment together in the water was simply perfect. Later on, we walked down a few steps to discover a peaceful little bar beside the adults-only pool — a quiet haven to relax for a while. There, Khalid prepared delicious cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). He even made a special effort for Henri, which truly touched us. Thank you, Khalid! For lunch, we headed to the à la carte Basilico restaurant. The beginning felt a bit off: the ambiance was cooler than the rest of the hotel, and the order taking was a bit confused (dishes before drinks?). We briefly wondered if staff roles were properly coordinated. But quickly, the service picked up pace and warmth. The team stepped in with more flow and friendliness.

Almost everything here is absolutely superb. All the staff are fantastic, friendly, and always willing to help. Choices of food are amazing with a very very delicious mixed grill night. Facilities are in a top notch condition, very clean everywhere. Beach is absolutely amazing. Will definitely recommend if you are searching for a resort to relax.

Highly recommend this amazing hotel! The location is perfect, located at the grass area where the Dugongs and turtles feed. I stayed here for three nights and I was luckily enough to see both. The staff were all super friendly and helpful in all locations on the resort. I always felt like I was being cared for by the staff. The food and house wine at this hotel are 10/10 this is a big part of my selection when choosing a hotel and this hotel delivers to a very high standard. The room was a very good size and the shower in the bathroom is fantastic, lots of room! The hotel in general is very clean and maintained. I will be returning to Jaz Elite Amara. I love it here!

The rooms are just lovely. The rooftop area was great with 360 degrees view. Meshial and his team were best host for us in Egypt. He went up and above making sure that we take safe roads on our way to Luxor. He provided us with important information. We will definitely come back.

Reef house it's a great place. From staff which are very polite to the host Hassan who gives your a warm welcome and does what he can to make your stay as much enjoyable at possible. Area is under development so you should expect some dust from construction work but everything was spotless clean. We stayed one week in iberotel and were satisfied from the first to the last day. very nice and spacious rooms, very good food in all the restaurants (grazie mille romany - f & b manager and ali - head cook, very good animation (thanks coco and aladin), fantastic house reef (dugong, so many turtles and fish, amazing corals), diving centre is some 10 minutes away from the hotel but the have restarted (after having some issues with building permits in the natural reserve) working at the centre in the hotel so it may open very soon. decent gym with a beatiful view of the ocean. good spa with mohammed. had a nice afternoon in the desert with bob and team (quad bikes, camels and bellydancing with food). all staff very friendly and attentive. very nice gardens.
