Incredibly friendly host who speaks great English. We arrived later than expected, due to traffic, but Ronan still came out to meet us at the property late in the evening, bringing flowers and sweets. The property is well decorated (in a vintage modern style), spacious and very clean. The area has some tasty cafes and patisseries, and a few vibrant bars. The RER is a short walk away, connecting you directly to Paris. Bonuses include the free secure parking and the great WiFi. We would definitely recommend staying here and will book again on our next visit to Paris.

Amazing location - a great base to explore Paris and Disneyland. The house cat was great ... he would wait at the door to meet us if we'd been out all day! Loved the modern touches - the fancy CCTV security system, and it's the first time I've seen a Japanese style bidet toilet apart from my own - as soon as I saw it, I knew it was the right house for us! Layout of the big master-bedroom in the front was superb, very creative use of space!

Our stay at the apartment was truly cozy and felt like home. Everything in the apartment is arranged with care and convenience for the guests. It was especially nice that, despite our rather late arrival (around 10 p.m.) and the contactless check-in option, our host Auroré personally greeted us, showed us everything, and explained all the details. During our entire stay, she and her husband were always ready to help us with any questions. The location is very beautiful — close to the river and in a quiet area. The RER A station is only a 5–6-minute walk from the house, and it takes about 17–20 minutes to get to Paris. Shops and bakeries are also within walking distance, and every morning we enjoyed the freshest croissants there. Highly recommended!

My dog and I had a great stay. The apartment is comfortable and close to the center of Paris, it’s about 20 minutes with the RER, with just a short walk away from the apartments. The bed was very comfortable and the place is fully equipped with mostly everything you need, very nice the balcony also. There’s also a very good bakery nearby for breakfast. A recently developed area in the southern of Paris, these are apartments in a residential complex for seniors, very elegant, and we never felt uncomfortable. It was a very nice stay, and I would definitely come back!
