A beautiful house within walking distance of Esher high street. Our room was sufficiently spacious for our teenage son to sleep on a camp bed. The bathroom was modern and large, the shower excellent. We enjoyed views over greenery and ample light in both bedroom and bathroom. The road is not a main one and we were not bothered by the noise of traffic. The full English breakfast was fabulous!

Great place to be. Super host, restaurant and bar. Enjoyed very much the Sunday Roast. Very close to the railway station so we could leave for a weekend in London while we could leave our car parked at the secured parking of the hotel. Absolutely fantastic!!!!! We have just returned home after spending 2 days aboard the Bright Owl with our two 16-year-old children, and we truly wish we had booked a longer stay. We had an incredible experience. From the exceptionally warm and informative welcome provided by Richard and Elizabeth, to the lovely, cozy, and inviting home that offered every comfort imaginable. Furthermore, the setting was beautiful, with excellent onboard facilities and a fabulous location close to numerous places for walking, dining, drinking, exploring, and wild swimming. Lovely location overlooking the river Thames, staff were excellent and friendly, we forgot our mobile phone charger, luckily the hotel manager had a spare one that he allowed us to use, the room was clean , but could do with some updating in the Bar area. But overall had a pleasant stay and the food was very good and had a lovely location and seating area overlooking the river.

An excellent quiet location for our visit to Hampton Court Garden Festival. Comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. We had an evening meal before our night's stay and were pleased with the quality and wait time.

The location is great for anyone wanting to stay near this part of the Thames - there isn't a lot to choose from this side of the river. The hotel wants to impress, has nice staff, a good room and is a popular bar for locals, serving good beer and food.
