The staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean and convenient. Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of food and not many people. The golf course and driving range were nice for a buggy ride. Playing golf alone in the afternoon was okay because of low demand. The basic room I stayed in was not even big enough. The massage at the hotel was super nice, especially after a round of golf. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.

The place is very near to the City. Homestay guy name Pondaa helped with the accomodation arrangements. He has helped to take bike rental at Batam and also brings me to try local food and friendly.

it is well maintained, breakfast is good, room spacious and bright and clean I was staying in another hotel but it was so problematic I had to last min find another hotel so glad there is a room available in Harris there are also complimentary gifts given. I like that there are staff who check in with you personally before you reach the hotel nice stay and this saved my holiday! definitely good choice !

I enjoyed the foods, from breakfast to Dinner, Rooms and place are clean. Its only the Jacuzzi i requested to use as i dont swim, but staff did not managed to make it work. But i enjoyed the whole stay. I did recommend this hotel to my friend so now he is planning to move there as his accomodation while working there. And also Im coming back on April with my friends. Keep up the good work. Thank you!
