The entire layout and furnishing of the apartment is thoughtful and well-planned. The photos really do not do justice. The actual apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. It is suitable for both short and long-term stay and good for solo or couple travellers to Batam. Check-in was really smooth. We simply collected the keys from the security guard who proceeded to take a photo of the passport details. You do not need to bring soap, shampoo and towels when you stay at this apartment but you might need to bring a hairdryer if you require it. I was not able to find a hairdryer in the apartment.

Front desk team warm welcome and really helpful. Arrange transfer for my big family and prepare take away food since we need to check out at 6 am. Thanks to mbak vina ananda and the whole front desk team. The bugeee driver also good and willing to drive us on time when we call them. The property has everything you need in a stay including the kitchenware. You need to request for hairdryer and iron board. It has a private beach and and a jetty where you can can the *Sunrise*! So beautiful! The hotel staff were also friendly and they bring us to our villa in their vehicle every time we came back as it was a distance. You may request for them to bring you to Turi Beach Resort with their transport for no extra charge as well.

As advertised, the two bedroom villa came with private pool. The pool is clean. The staff has initiative as the manager recognised me and remembered the villa I was staying at the next day. He also asked if I had any complaints or needed any improvements. I was glad to observe that they fixed the heater and door problem that night. The breakfast spread was decent, mostly Asian cuisine.

Three family stayed in two villas and it was so satisfying and restful holiday in Montigo. All staffs are very attentive and kind! Especially *Erwin Housekeeping Manager* and his team *Dindro*, *Agung* were taking care of our families and provided nice service! Hope I can visit again to take rest! Thank you

Relaxing environment. Spa was pricey but worth the money. Breakfast decent with a good spread. Had left a ring in the room but the cleaner found it and was kind enough to return it in which I happily gave a tip. Overall an amazing trip, would love to come back for a longer holiday. Great for a family stay.
