Although our stay was short before our ferry across to the Gilis, the accommodation offered everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the lovely views over the bay and an added bonus that the host brought us breakfast in the morning to enjoy on the large balcony. The rooms are very good with a comfortable bed and balcony with awesome view! The owner helped me out a lot with information about ferry trips and even the loss of some of my belongings. They make ( good ) breakfast every morning which you can eat on the rooftop with an even better view. I wanted to arrange transport from the airport to Zen Inn, Lala was more than helpful and a pleasure to correspond with. The driver Agus Permana she organised was great, nothing was too much trouble. Lala also organised my ticket for the ferry to Lombok and Agus delivered me and my luggage to the harbour. I loved my accommodation, it was clean and comfortable and with it’s very own character.
