I had just arrived in Ireland and due to an incident at my previous accomodation which led to a police report - I couldn’t make it to this accomodation on the day I was meant to. They were understanding and didn’t charge me for it even with the late notice. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that gesture. Beds were so comfy was hard to get out of it!
