The location of the villa itself is a plus point as it is very peaceful and eye pleasing because of the surrounding greenery. The staff put in a lot of effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were provided with refreshments and snacks at regular intervals with the staff accommodating our every craving.....the delicious food needs special mention which was prepared right in front of us. On the whole, our stay was a fulfilling experience...

It was everything perfect, We came here already 3 times! The rooms are spacious and very clean, you have a back balcony too. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the SUNSET from the top floor is one of the best I have seen. It’s a quiet area but vey close to the visitor centre and Auroville. And Raj’s Kofe bar is just 5 min walk for a delicious breakfast!

Unearth hostel is just one in his kind. First of all, this hostel is great located! There are nice restaurants around, it has all the benefits of being in Auroville, but the ground isn't part of it. The building is absolutely beautiful and well designed. There are a lot of common spaces with beds to chill on, a huge roof terrace with activities going on like dance classes, yoga and drumcircels and a kitchen to use for cooking. There is drinking water aswell to take for free! I can't say a lot about the private rooms, but the dorm covered all my needs. (International) electricity plugs, night lamps, lockers, ven, optional airco... Everything well thought about! Than the best part: The Vibe! This hostel feels like your home away from home! With a good mixture of nationalities and types of travellers, this place functions as a big family. People take a lot of care of eachother (I can tell, as I broke my foot and ended up staying here for some weeks), and with Prerit as the head of this family, nothing can go wrong. He functions like a father, gives you advise, helps you out, organises things like scooters, and creates an open, friendly vibe everyone fits in. I will never forget the endless conversations at the bonfire, exchanging cultures, music, food and humor. If you search for cozy but spacious HOME, this is your spot. Just be carefull.... You might stay here longer than expected!

    The place is very open and dreamy, and I had an amazing stay! The hosts are so kind, and really made me feel at home. I was afraid that the nights were gonna be very warm (it was 35 degrees Celsius during day time when I visited), but the breeze cools down the huts surprisingly to a very pleasant temperature. Both the kitchen and bathrooms are well constructed and clean.

    A great place for solo travelers, suitable for both workation and vacation, is Hostel Unearth. The hostel boasts a strong WiFi connection, praiseworthy cleanliness, amazing staff, and a prime location within Auroville. Additionally, they provide travel accommodation services such as cabs, autos, bicycles, and scooters. It's an amazing place with a home-like environment. Nilay and Prerith were so humble and friendly to everyone. Highly recommended!
