Very prompt in answering our questions even before our stay. He offered us coffee and biscuits from when we arrived and also recommended place for dinner. Room is clean and warm even during winter. The bathroom is complete with towels, soap, and with hairdryer. The water pressure from the shower is also good. There are complementary sweets as well.
