Our hosts were really welcoming and kind. They booked a restaurant for us in the a village about ten kms away as nothing was open in Barbaresco and it was a brilliant place with excellent food and wine. We were also able to rent an electric bike to tour the magnificent countryside in the area. We had the opportunity to learn about the winemaking process, sample some of their exceptional wines, and even join in on a vineyard tour.
