Very nice boutique hotel, extremely well situated in Catania, with minimalist yet stylish (and spacious) room. The hotel staff were very friendly. The restaurant - both for dinner and breakfast - is a must! The dinner was delicious and the wine amazing. The breakfast was equally wonderful with a lot of tasty and local products. I would definitely recommend this place for any stay in Catania and hope to be back.

Have you ever watched "The Wolf of Wall Street"? There is a scene in the film when the main character's huge yacht sinks in a storm along with all the passengers, who are eventually saved by an Italian ship, on which a joyful life is boiling: dances, songs, delicious food and wine. I arrived late in the evening and, in addition to the huge hourly queue at the exit from the airport, it turned out that the airline had lost my luggage. To say that I was saddened is to say nothing. The only thing that saved me from all the negative emotions was coming to the hotel. Antonella and Domenico surrounded me with care and attention from the first minutes, doing everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible in the current situation. Just like at home. Nothing can replace kindness, warmth, goodwill and courtesy. Especially in the modern materialistic world. Therefore, I sincerely wish everyone to have chance to touch this incredibly cheerful atmosphere that reigns in the house of Antonella and Domenico. If to sink and lose luggage, then only surrounded by Italians!

Best location: so close to the center you can visit the city by foot but not so central you will be bothered by noise or traffic. Amenities and decor that you will expect in a private house ( Italian design and upper quality soaps). The best host ever in terms of kindness; helpful giving tips to visit the city and have a good meal in Catania.

We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights. The place is new, very clean, bright, quiet, spacious and perfect for a stay in Catania. Our room was very comfortable, stylish, large, with a small balcony. The location is perfect for walking to all the major areas. It is very near the theatre and a square with great restaurants. Fabio was so helpful and friendly, we used him for airport pickup/dropoff and it was very easy to arrange. The continental breakfast was a perfect selection of fruit, yoghurt, croissants, bread, meat, cheese, boiled eggs, cake, juices, coffee/tea. Can highly recommend a stay here!

The apartment is very clean and newly furnished. Everything is functioning properly. The location is right in front of the Castle and with much less traffic and chaos than city centre. With 5-10 mins walking you can arrive the fish market and the cathedral and all the restaurants. The hosts are very nice, they respond quickly and willing to give information. The restaurant they recommended was really nice and I appreciated it. If I will come back to Catania I will certainly come back to this apartment!

    Outstanding accommodation, perfect location, great communication with the owner. To be honest is, by far, the best private owned place we stayed up to now, you have all facilities that you need. Should be seen as a role model for all other private owners/accommodations. Easy parking in front/close to the accommodation, restaurants and shops nearby, 1 min walk to a metro station.

    The perfect accommodation for my city break in Catania. Everything, from the availability of the manager Luca to be able to check in as soon as I arrived in the morning, the warm welcome and the assistance offered throughout the stay, to the clean room (towels were changed daily, cleaning done) and the kindness of the staff offered me the comfort I needed for a wonderful vacation.
