Nice apartments, equipped with everything needed for even a longer stay. The Apt house offers apartments of different sizes = great for bigger families. Very close to the beach. Comfortable beds. Very easy to find a parking on the street, however to book a parking is also an option.

I would say that everything was perfect. The hotel, the room, the bathroom were perfectly clean. The hotel seams new. All the furniture and bathroom seam new. We liked the breakfast very much, they give the coffee and the pastry like in a bar!

We were greeted on arrival by Niccolo' and Giulia who showed us around the property and also gave us a few tips about places to eat, etc. They also gave us a free parking permit so, if travelling by car, there's no need to worry about the extra costs about parking. The property is brand new and has all mod cons including air con (both in the separate bedroom and main living area), a coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. The location is ideal to walk to Cervia city centre and pretty canal side, there's a well stocked Coop just 5 mins' walk away as well as lots of bars, restaurants and gelaterie (ice cream parlours). The train station is just down the road (5 mins' walk) and the beach is about 10 mins' walk. Although the property is on a busy road, there's a level of privacy thanks to the pretty hedge and a seating area outside where you could also put a drying rack - which is also provided - useful to dry your costumes and washing.

Let me start by saying that these apartments are ideal for a family of 4. The accommodation is very practical, because the owner used to live in it, so your vacation will be provided with all the little things that you use at home (dishwasher, iron, various chemicals, spices for cooking, etc.). An important advantage of the accommodation is the presence of 3 air conditioners in each room. The house has an elevator. The owner is very sociable and responds quickly to all questions or requests. The location is 5-7 minutes walk from the beach, there are many cafes and shops nearby. Free parking is 2 minutes away. The Internet worked quickly and without complaints.
