We were pleasantly surprised to find our room so spacious. It was clean and was tidied and cleaned every day. We found our stay very comfortable. The breakfast had plenty on offer. The location of the hotel was good. the bus stop to Cassino was right outside and the walk to the centre was about 15 minutes. We are very grateful to Claudia and Achille for all their help. We will be back again.

We liked that it was close to the train station and the local buses.The breakfast was very nice and always ready when we came to sit down.The host was very super nice and she always wanted to help.The unit was clean and spacious with a balcony with a view of the Abbey.

The property was in excellent condition and very clean. Communication with the owner was very good and clear information on how to access the property given. Very close to the railway station and bus stops. The provisions available for breakfast were very good. As it was our anniversary trip, Carolina, the owner, left a lovely bottle of prosecco for us, which was an added bonus.

Cynzia was an excellent host she did everything possible to ensure we had a fabulous stay. Her breakfasts were excellent and fresh with a great choice and lovely homemade cakes. Lovely and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Great to have a communal full guest kitchen upstairs. Secure parking with Cafe across the road. Vouchers for breakfast consisting of a hot drink and a croissant. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. Would need a car to get around, no restaurant close by, just a short drive. Francesca was so helpful, even organized a Barber for my Husband. Great value for money.

    A wonderful, welcoming gem in the heart of Italy. Beautifully appointed room, comfortable and warm, with balcony views of the Olivella countryside, very relaxing. Staff and service were truly top notch. Tonino and his Team were warm and welcoming, and extremely responsive, helpful and empathic with sorting out some changes to our booking all of our own doing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    It was a lovely spacious room on the 3rd floor which I understand has recently been updated. Plenty of space to place your belongings and good selection of pillows. We stayed on a sunday evening and the restaurant was closed, but there is a good restaurant within walking distance.
