Location is excellent, so close to the airport hall but so quiet and peaceful. Very nicely designed, I have never experienced such a beautiful airport hotel. Good Spa/Onsen, good service from the staff, spacious rooms, again just excellent!

Wonderful zen feel the moment we stepped in. Personalised impeccable service. Rooms were really spacious, luxurious and come w private onsen, private jacuzzi. Besides the outstanding breakfast and dinner (we got room rates with half board), we were also continuously pampered with free drinks, fruits, snacks and food.
