The staff were friendly and relaxed, even gave me a lift to the station at the end of my stay. I also borrowed a bike from them to ride around the city and had some lovely views of the sunset over the lake. Everythung was clean and tidy with very nice and strong AC! It's a bit from the main station, but absolutely worth it. Also they will offer to drive you to the station when you check out for free. Great service! The room was huge and so comfortable. The private onsen can fit several people at once and I used it twice because it was so good. Also they can lend you a bike for free. I want to come back to Hikone just to stay there.
