It is a beautiful traditional Japanese house that is very spacious and has excellent facilities. The photos don’t do the house justice! It is in an excellent location, just near Honmura port, and the host, Masako went above and beyond to look after us during our stay. Art houses, bike hire (TVC - just text the number on the wall and they will meet you), the museums, greet coffee and restaurants. Easy buses and ferries to other areas. This accommodation was great and the host very hospitable. The breakfast was good, we wrapped it up and took it on our adventures. We stayed in winter and found that the room was well heated. You could use the e-bikes and explore the island. There was also a TV with a Netflix account to relax after an exciting day. The staff Aio was very nice and picked us up from the port and brought us back there when we left. She also gave us tips on how to make the best use of our time on the island.
